Couples Therapy
Couples choosing to begin therapy are creating an opportunity to address problems and difficulties and understand them differently. I welcome the opportunity to work with you and your partner on the issues that bring you to therapy. We will explore past experiences and how that has influenced you. In working with couples I pay close attention to how each partner sees the issues and how each copes with anxieties and stresses. Through various tasks we develop better ways to communicate and more constructive ways to express needs and emotions in the relationship. Learn More >
Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence is a uniquely complicated time for growth for teens and their families. Social, academic and family stressors are frequently overwhelming. The result can bring tremendous pain and confusion to an entire family. I am skilled at clarifying the source of a problem and consequently providing appropriate treatment. Individual talking therapy, family and/or group therapy are all possible tools in the healing process. Past work and training has equipped me with strong knowledge in each of these modalities. My goal is to provide the best treatment solution and to help ease the tensions for all members of the family. Learn More >
